How to fix Apple Watch that won't load Weather?

I was traveling last week and my watch died a couple of times. When I recharged it, it now says LOADING WEATHER all the time. It simply won't load. I Googled it and got a link to an Apple page that is no longer working. Any clues how to get the temperature back?

Watch keeps rebooting (watch 6) my watch keeps showing a picture of a thermometer, and then rebooting. this has only started happening since last update. i know we are getting warm weather at the moment, but surely 30o C isn't a problem, there are far hotter climates

You might try force restarting the Apple Watch.

Press and hold both the Digital Crown and side buttons together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
