How do I fix my Touch Bar glitch on my MacBook Pro?

I have a MacBook Pro 2020 2TB and have Sonoma 14.5. About 2 months ago my Touch Bar has started flashing randomly. I have read others with similar problems and some people have mentioned that their computer has died soon after. Not keen for this to happen after spending a huge some of money on my laptop extending the storage. Anyone with any ideas or APPLE will you accept the problem and help everyone who has this problem as it doesn't appear that it can be fixed.Touc

On an Intel Mac, reset both—

System Management Controller Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NVRAM Reset)

For hardware issues—

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Outside the USA

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Check your warranty coverage
