I purchased my iPhone 13 last year in June and as of date till today I have a battery health of 94%. Is it ideal to change my battery right now or when is the right time to change the battery of my iPhone?

The phone is a year old and you’ve only lost 6% of your battery health, that’s excellent. You don’t need to do anything with the battery until you drop below 80% capacity or tests defective, that’s how lithium am ion batteries are designed.

Apple's only obligated to replace the battery when it's gone below 80%. Unless you'll be travelling abroad or otherwise may not be able to get this done for an extended period, it's likely better to wait.
