have been using my Apple ID for several, after my phone was lost, i couldn't use it anymore and i change the password on date FEB/05/2021 and now i want to use it , it says "this account id locked and cannot be used" . there fore, i would like to Thank you for your cooperation in solving th problem,

If your account says “Account Locked”, or it is inactive, that is not the same as it being disabled. You might be able to request access to your account by tapping Request Access right from the alert.
