How can I buy a MacBook Pro?

I want to buy a 16" MacBook Pro, M3pro, 1TB SSD, 36GB Ram (US Eng Keyboard).  


I am currently based in Cambodia, but my apple account and my payment cards are based in the UK (my home country).  I am planning to visit Kuala Lumpur soon… 


As the MacBook spec is non-standard, it will need to be pre-ordered and collected in store.  My payment card is multi-currency, so paying in Malaysian ringgit isn’t a problem.  


Is it possible to pre-order and pay for the MacBook on the Apple Malaysia Online store, and collect in-store on the pick-up date given by Apple?

Have you gone to the Malaysia store webpage and tried to see what happens if you try to buy one for pick up at a store there?
