Issue with opening emails in my Apple device

I’ve had an issue opening emails from my apple device and always needed to use mobile data. I have now found a solution. The emails default setting is to protect the IP address to avoid tracking so when using WiFi, the network provider is unable to find you to send data in email(I’m guessing). Go to settings>select Mail>Privacy Protection. Here, turn off Protect Mail Activity then turn off Hide IP address. I’m not an IT tech but this seems to work for me after years of problems

What you have found is a workaround for the real problem. With that off the sender of the mail can know when you open and read the mail.

Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.
