Apple Wallet verification asking the same question that has no correct answer

My Apple wallet requires verification. I submitted all of my identification, every last bit. Now it keeps asking me "Which city is HARVARD ST". The answer isn't listed and selecting "None of the above" just refreshes the question. Actually, pressing any of the listed options just refreshes the question. I'm stuck in a verification loop. I've never even lived on Harvard St. I'm really upset that APPLE of all companies would have such an embarrassing error in it's system applications in 2024. But here we are.

Apple Cash is what’s requesting verification, great! Thanks for the information. Please contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank.

I suspect the issue is related to the CloudStrike error that shut down airlines, banks and other financial services worldwide yesterday.
