The search feature on my iPhone Calendar app only tells me there "No Results" no matter what I enter. How can I fix this? I have an iPhone 13 running IOS 17.5.1 (latest).

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Show All, turn off iCloud Calendar, keep your data if prompted, restart the iPhone and turn back on iCloud Calendar. Wait for the search index to be rebuilt (I’m not sure how long it takes) before trying to search.
