So when I try to add my card says “card has to be between 2024-2044”and my card is past so can u tell me is there away to still put my cash app card on there!?

Talk to your bank and have them issue a card with expiration between the required years. Apple can’t change your card expiration date.
Most cards have an expiration date using a two digit month and a two digit year, something like this,
07/28 or in other words, July 2028.
Exactly what year does your card expire?
Is past what? An expiration date of 2044 is 20 years from now. Are you reading the numbers correctly?
Yes I believe it’s a little longer
than 2044
