Saving board pass to wallet
When I screen shot boarding pass it doesn’t give option to save in wallet - just photos or files and wallet not listed in files either

You’re not supposed to screenshot a boarding pass. Some airlines and some countries will not accept a copy that is a screenshot. The correct way to do it is to use the airlines mobile app or website to add the boarding pass to your Apple Wallet.
I frequently fly American Airlines and it’s just one click in their AA app and the boarding passes are safely in my Wallet ready to be scanned.
