If your tag line is correct and you do own an iPhone XS, which is currently running iOS 14, you have skipped at least 3 years worth of updates, which would require using your computer to update it to the current iOS 17.5.1 version.

If you don't own an iPhone XS, which is on iOS 14, please provide the model iPhone you own and what the current iOS version is on it.
