I have a MAcbook AirM1, but the sound output is faulty, I need to reinstall my OS Big sure 11.7.10, which should fix the problem, but when I go in Startup Options Mode and follow the steps it then says 'Reinstall OS Ventura' !! Knowing its not Ventura I have installed but Big Sure.
No one was able to help here, so I want to contact Apple, how can I do that?
I dont have Apple care and I am based in Paris (but currently in Greece)
