Why is my Mac storage full when I have iCloud?

I can't find a solution to this, it says that I am using 127gb of the current 245gb which means that I should have over 100gb free, however, when the Macintosh HD disk is done calculating, it shows me the picture below which says that I have only about 20gb free of the 120gb that should be. I have no idea what I have to do, someone please help me fix this. It also says that iCloud uses almost 80gb of my space on my Mac, but when I go to iCloud storage itself, it says that only almost 40gb is used. Help me asap please, thank you. Screenshots attached below.

From the Terminal.app to see the big picture of storage [ Size Used Avail Capacity] copy and paste:

  df -H

local snapshots can be unaccounted for..

Local Time Machine snapshots are a good example of purgeable space; useful, but not necessary.
