i can’t delete my NordVPN account

I had signed up to NordVPN with my apple ID, but when given the option to show or hide my email address, I hid it. Without making any purchase for a subscription, I just decided to delete my account but for NordVPN you must fill out a form with the accounts email, which the hidden email address by apple was sent to me via email, so used my actual email and placed the accounts email into the form aswell. However, in order for the account to be deleted I must reply to Nord from the email that the account is registered in, though evidently I cant.

what do I do?
