FaceTime call randomly hangs up every 2 minutes

I will be on FaceTime video chat with my girlfriend and even though we both have great connection the FaceTime call randomly hangs up every 2 minutes literally every TWO minutes! I have no idea how to fix this issue and need help. Also yes both our phones are up to date on the software so someone please help !
