FaceTime camera not working on iPhone 11

I recently had by battery replaced and after getting it back I now cannot turn on the camera during a FaceTime call. The camera icon will flicker and flash like it's turning the camera on and off really fast during the call. All other camera functions are working, the phone is up to date, and I've checked every setting I could.
