Facetime Video is not connecting on my MacBook Pro

Hi!

When someone video FaceTime calls me and I answer on my 2019 MacBook Pro and I click to accept I get a connecting screen but then the call fails. If I answer on my iPhone 12 max pro it works fine.

I have logged in and out of my FaceTime on my MacBook Pro but am still having the same problem.

Can anyone help?
