will i get my music back when i add funds to my apple music? I don’t have a subscription because i don’t have a credit card but i have been paying with giftcards, so I didn’t unsubscribe but just have insufficient funds on my account so if i add more money will i get my music back??

Once the subscription has been cancelled or if it was disrupted due to lack of funds, then you will lose any playlists that you had created while using the service. The same is true with music downloaded for offline use.
Apple has a very low retention policy on user data for privacy reason, so you will find it is no longer available even if you add funds. Some companies will hold on to your personal information forever, but not Apple.
