I cannot rotate my messages in my iphone 13 even though the lock screen is off. Please help

Troubleshooting Lock Screen and Messages:
A. What's the App?
Are you referring to the Messages app? Either way, try another app for messages. Note that not all apps support landscape mode --that's just he way the Developer developed the app.
