Finding files on an old Time Machine I don't use anymore

Hi all!

I have macOS Monterey (12.7.5) on a MacBookAir.

I found out I don't have anymore a couple of files on my laptop, I don't know honestly since when.

I have a TimeCapsule I don't use to backup my laptop on (my backup is on another external drive), and probably I could find those file on that TimeCapsule as I used to backup my old MacBook Pro there. I found a "MacbookPro di Caterina.backupbundle" file in the Time Capsule, and, opening it, I have a file called "2020-05-18-182556.inProgress". I think 2020 could be a good year to go back to for the files I lost (and only for that!).

How could I access to this particular backup (if it's a backup, I honestly don't know...) without having to link my actual MacBook Air (there is no space in the TimeCapsule...)? Thank you very much!
