Synching apps from iPhone to Apple Watch

I am a UK iPhone & Apple Watch user.

I’ve switched on the option to synch apps on my iPhone to my Apple Watch. The NHS Couch to 5K running app doesn’t appear on my Apple Watch.

Anyone know why this might be and if there is a way to get the app on the Apple Watch - I really dont want to take my iPhone on my runs.

Sorry, but according to the AppStore, this app is only available for the iPhone and the Apple Watch is not supported.
