Copying Apple Photos folder from one external drive to another external drive using a MacBook Pro 13-inch, M2, 2022 with MacOS Sonoma V 14.5
I am trying to Copy my Large (1.88 TB) family Apple Photos file folder from one external drive to another external drive using a MacBook Pro 13-inch, M2, 2022 with MacOS Sonoma V 14.5.
My problem is the MacBook only has two usb-c ports. The file is so big, it will not copy before the battery on the computer dies. I can not get figure out how to use the two ports and charge computer at the same time. I have tried some adapters that would allow two usb-c to connect to one of the single usb-c on my computer, but they don't charge the computer at the same time. Maybe I need a specific adapter?
I really need to copy this file over so other family members can have it and so I have a backup.
