How do I share my purchased CDs music, I loaded onto my MacBook Pro, with my husband's iPhone to hear in our car? We prefer not to subscribe please. Thank you.

Copy the tracks he wants to his computer (e.g. over your network, via a USB drive, etc.) then he can add them to his library and sync them from there.
