Print gridlines in a Pages table

I have made a table in Pages with 6 columns and 20 rows. How do I get the horizontal and vertical gridlines to print. I get the vertical column lines but not the horizontals. The horizontals are white and gray sections. I just want the vertical and horizontal lines. How do I get those?

What version of macOS and Pages are you using? With Pages v14.1 and macOS Sonoma 14.5, I can just print a 6 x 20 (col x row) table after deselecting Alternating Row Color on the Table panel. Made no changes to the grid point size and sent to a 600 DPI b/w laser printer. The Table grid was quite visible on the printed paper.
