Can't update Pages and Numbers

I'm running macOS Monterey 12.7.5 on a MacBook Air and have Numbers version 13.1 and Pages 13.1. I see there are versions 14.1 of both apps but when I open the App Store/Updates screen, no updates (for anything) show up there. I even tried to "Open" the new versions in the App Store but no luck. Any suggestions?

You are done on Monterey with v13.1. Newer versions in the Mac App Store now require the installation of macOS Ventura (13.*) or later.
