What’s the best way to begin set up of new iPad

What’s the best way to begin set up of new iPad. I don’t want to transfer a bunch of photos, music & emails from my phone. I have an iPhone 13 and iPad 10th generation.

Thanks

Simply setup the iPad as new from the initial "hello" screen - using your AppleID. Don't restore from a backup, or use QuickStart to setup from another device.

Transfer or Restore from Backup are both all or nothing. These two options affect locally stored data - and not data synchronised with iCloud

If iCloud Passwords & Keychain is enabled for both your existing and new devices, if both are using the same AppleID, your saved Passwords (along with other data synchronised with iCloud) will be available to your new iPad.
