Requesting music in the itunes store for purchase
How do you request music for purchase that is not in the itunes music store?

You can't "request" but you can "suggest."
Go to this link => Feedback - iTunes - Apple
And for "I have feedback about" choose "iTunes Store."
There is no guarantee that it will be added. Feel free to explore other potential sources meanwhile.
