How do I get cellular data onto my IPhone 15 pro?

My mom upgraded me an iPhone 15 pro from my IPhone 11, the cellular data transferred to my dad and hers iPhones easily (once they both put their iCloud and used their phones) when I transferred everything over the cellular data didn’t transer, everything else did but the cellular data, is there a way to transfer it now or should I completely reset

my phone and try again?
