Purchased ACC audio files in iTunes on Windows 11 will not transfer to my iPhone 14 Pro

I have a HP Windows 11 laptop with my iTunes library... And I have playlists I want to transfer to my iPhone 14 Pro. I go through all the steps to sync the playlist to the iPhone... all the songs transfer to the iPhone EXCEPT the 'purchased ACC audio files'.. I have done everything I could possible think of or find on the internet and nothing seems to work... This is the first time I have ever had this problem...

See Picture for a sample... the red circle shows the files that have not synced... All the songs play just fine on the Laptop... they just won't transfer to the iPhone (and yes, I've checked, they are not on the iPhone). Thanks for any help!
