Unable to see a subscription anywhere but still paying for it - need to cancel it

Hi i would be so grateful for some help. My son has an apple account under my family account. He subscribed to an app called crunchyroll a long time ago and i want to cancel it as i am still being charged. But there is nothing under my subscriptions or my sons. It says 'no subscriptions' in both place but as i say the money is sill coming out of my account. I can't do it on the crunchyroll website as it is paid for through apple. I really don't know what to do or where to find some help. I just want to cancel the payment.

If he subscribed to it then it has to be canceled from his account.

This support article explains how to cancel a subscription from Apple on an Apple mobile device, Mac, PC, and online ➔ If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

Notes:

• You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

• If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. An "Expires" date (instead of "Renews") means the current subscription has been canceled but will work until the expiration date. "Resubscribe" (or Renew) is just in case you change your mind about having it end.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the bottom of the support document.

• Many subscriptions are set to renew automatically until you intentionally cancel them.

If you can't find a subscription anywhere, how do you know its specifically for "Crunchy Roll" then?

Is it showing up as Crunchy Roll on your payment method's statement? If so, then its not being charged by Apple. All Apple charges will appear as "apple.com/bill" never by the name of the app or service they are for.

If they appear with the name of the service, then they are not being billed by Apple.

How exactly are you identifying this charge?
