I'm hoping to extend my AppleCare+ coverage for my MacBook Pro M1 13 inch. I noticed that my original coverage recently expired, but it's actually within 30 days of the end date.

I spoke to the customer service about this and they told me they couldn't do it as the system dint let them and provided no info on it , but i have the proof of the coverage date and other info

Can someone pls help me on it ?

thanks in advance
