How to transfer podcasts to SYRYN prom apple podcasts

I am running Monterey 12.7.2 I CANNOT move my podcasts to my syryn player. I used to be able to-just drag and drop- no dice. I have reformatted the player thinking that was the issue but it is not. I have tried "users/username/" that entire rabbit hole but I don't have a library folder or a Podcast folder- Just music. I've checked the music folder. They are not there. They player works fine with apple music. I can transfer songs no problem. It is literally just podcasts. It is driving me nuts. I am actually crying about it I am so frustrated!
