After syncing my iTunes library while trying Apple Music & decided not to renew my subscription, a lot of purchased music has been deleted & they are not in my hidden purchases.

Check your purchased history and re-download anything that is missing.

Music you add to your library form the subscription service is not purchased. It is only rented and will only be available while the subscription is active.
If you added music from the subscription service it will be removed when you cancel the subscription.
Music actually purchased from the iTunes Store, for an actual individual price, should not be affected by cancelling the subscription.

Wasn't talking about borrowed music. Well aware that paying a one time monthly fee doesn’t mean I was paying for tracks I listened to while trying the service. The music that was affected is that which was purchased w/ money from the actual iTunes Store. Albums are missing altogether & what albums are still showing have multiple tracks missing.
Already said missing music isn’t in my hidden purchases!
