When I make a FaceTime call, there is no dial tone. When the person answers the call, neither one of us has any sound, as if it’s on mute, which it’s not.
Also, no sound on instagram or Facebook videos.
i turned the phone off and when I turned it back on again, it worked for a few seconds.
