I have recently purchased cinema tickets from Odeon and train tickets from GWR. Neither have come with an option to add to Apple wallet.
I’ve not had this problem in the past with cinema or train tickets. How do I get the option back?

Please reach out to the support team Odeon. Apple Wallet does not add tickets passes etc. It’s as I stated above, you must added secure passes, tickets, keys, etc using apps or website associated with the item you want to add to Wallet.
You need to use the Odeon and GWR mobile apps or secure website to add the tickets to your Wallet. This change was necessary for safety and security concerns.
I am able to access the tickets through the apps, but there is no option to add them to the Apple wallet.
The GWR tickets have now saved to Apple wallet, but still no option to save Odeon tickets
