Sorting photos on my iPhone
Please how can I get the sort from newest to oldest when I tap on that three dots on my photos because it doesn’t show

Albums that you make can be sorted up or down, either way.
Or perhaps you're trying to sort the Recents view or one of the other built-in views provided by Apple? Those aren't exactly albums-- they're special views of your Library. Recents, for example, shows all the pictures in your Library in the order they were loaded. This can't be changed, because that's what it's for. This album always provides the same view so that, when something goes wrong or seems off, you (and we) can depend on it showing the same thing, and there's no chance that someone snuck in and changed the order or removed pictures.
But you can put pictures in your own Albums and sort them as you like.
