if it's not set to do no disturb

How to turn Do Not Disturb on or off on your iPhone - Apple Support

or airplane mode

Use Airplane Mode on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision Pro - Apple Support

then you will have to get your carrier to have a look in their end
