Is it possible to move music from my iPad to my Mac?

I’m looking for a way to sync music from ipad to a Mac. The usual method of syncing with Finder overwrites the music on the ipad with any changes done on the Mac, but I need the opposite.

I keep my music library as separate mp3 files in Onedrive, and for some reason several of them got corrupted recently. But turns out that happened after the last time I synced the ipad, so everything is in good shape there. So now I need a way to move them from the ipad to the Mac.

The files on the Mac and Onedrive are the ones corrupted. Don’t know where it started, but since the Mac and Onedrive are set to sync, both copies have the bad files. And it happened long ago enough for the Recycle Bin in Onedrive to be empty. So do the iphone, since I manually synced with the Mac after the damage. My only fully uncorrupted source is the ipad, which sometimes I don’t sync right away when getting new songs, but the songs are in the Music Library.
