Status is Refunded but I didn't received any refund

I have requested a refund from apple store and after waiting 2 days. They have refunded me I received the 3 refunds via Gcash since that is the payment method I used to purchase however the invoice number MQ2X0HK4V3 was not refunded even though it says that 5 products has been refunded.

Please see image below for your referrence the first image will show you that 3 products has been refunded (the ones that has a red check on it) and the encircled ones has been refunded based on the image but I didn't received it on my GCASH. On the 2nd Image you will see my GCASH transactions I received the refund for 3 products 55 php each even though I should be receiving 199 PHP instead of 165 PHP, anyways when you check it you will see that I didn't receive the 424 PHP REFUND.

Please help me refund the money I didn't know that my nephew will purchase something that I'm not aware of. I need the money since right now we're having flashflood here in manila.

PS* I have refunded another transaction because you will see I got billed again for 99 PHP. I don't know what's happening but probably the app is auto billing me. PLEASE HELP!!!
