So basically when i facetime a person and i hang up the facetime call doesn’t go my phone or my call log at all . i tried powering my phone off and on but nothing is working

Seeing FaceTime History:
FaceTime calls are store in their own call log. You are using an app of its own: FaceTime --not the Phone app. So, look in the log(s) in FaceTime.
