Are you referring to your iPhone passcode or are you asking about whatever password you may have setup for the app you are using? If it's a 3rd party app you are using and you can't remember the password you created to use that app, no one here on this user to user only forum, nor at Apple can help you. You'd need to contact the app developer of whatever app you are using for help.
