Hi,
since 2 or 3 weeks I have issues with my desktop arrangement of apps. Whenever I move an app, e.g.: Safari desktop shows a blue frame and hinders me to move wherever I want the app to be moved. Unfortunately I cannot make a screenshot as whenever I push the keyboard shortcuts the frame disappears. I am running latest and greatest Mac OS of course ;-) Any help would be appreciated!

System Settings->Accessibility->Keyboard, make sure that "Full Keyboard Access" is OFF.

what i understand that u cannot move your safari to a place you want, you can uninstall and try reninstall the safari. if you have different issue or any prob do contact me.

Safari is part of the Operating System
As such, it is not possible to Uninstall
Nor is there a Standalone Installer offered by Apple to " reninstall the safari. "
