My MacBook doesn’t recognize the password

Once you get to the area that you have to enter a new password I suggest that you store it in a safe place as well as print it out and once you get back on the Mac put it in Notes. Also when creating a new password you can use every key on the keyboard which includes UPPER CASE, lower case. This is example and this is 16 characters long.
