Apple Watch pauses during exercise almost every 20 seconds

Hi everyone

I realize this is not a new issue but I just can't find any answer or solution. I have no tattoo and the bracelet is not loose.

My watch used to record my exercise with accuracy. I haven't change anything but for almost a month now, my Apple Watch continues to pause during a work out. No matter what work out I’m doing it continues to pause and ask if I’m finished. It’s really annoying.

I already tried to shut it down, and today I went through the process of desinchronisation with the iPhone and started as a new watch. But no effect. I just can't record my exercise anymore.

Has someone any idea how I may fix this?

Thank you Javaliga.

I had seen those indication and I tried but it does not work for me.

It is strange that for a few days, my watch was back to a normal recording process, and then again, it stops after a few seconds. I have no tattoo, no sleeve, no loose bracelet, nothing special and no change that can explailn that errattic dysfonctionnement.

Sorry for the erratic english though....
