I had to update my macbook pro and need to download pages for Monterey 12.7.5 and it says I need 13.0 or higher. My MacBook is maxed out at the current OS but I need to get pages (and other apple products) reinstalled on here. any suggestions on how to download a previous version of pages, numbers and such? one compatible with 12.7.5

Provided that you did not originally receive your MacBook Pro with Pages, Numbers, and Keynote pre-installed by Apple or a reseller, then you can get v13.1 of these applications reinstalled on Monterey 12.7.5.
Launch the Mac App Store and sign in with the same Apple ID that you used to previously install these Apple applications. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchased panel. Then click on the respective application to start the installation process. This will probably be one or more dialogs (do not click Cancel) and the last dialog will offer to install the last compatible version of the application on Monterey. Go for it.
