Apple Pay randomly sending people money

i have two random charges on my bank account from Apple Pay. These are only to people I frequently send money to and it’s amounts I’ve sent them in the past. They said they never got anything and I didn’t believe them until I googled it and realized this happens to people. How can I get my money back?
