How can I prevent iCloud from compressing my raw image files?

When uploading a raw image file to the Icloud. Regardless of settings, the image will be highly compress and there is a very noticeable loss of detail and dynamic range.

I look at the settings on the Iphone, under photos. I looked at the options when selecting an photo in the Icloud prior uploading.

i am using a Iphone 14 Pro, IOS 17.5.1.

I made sure that these images are original, unaltered by any editor or photo application. I have read thru many, many posts on here seeking useful information.

below are several screen shots of the image information and options available/selected.

Notice it takes a 22.8 MB file and degrades it to 1.6 MB.

What is the honest solution to stop these uploads from altering my files?

I have GB of space on my Icloud account.

I purpose to upload raw images is do I can share them with family, all who have Iphone or macs, airpods…. As original raw images and not compress 15-1 to a lossy jpg

I repeat my question.

What settings or steps are needed to make an exact copy of a raw image and saved to the IClould without conversions, or compression
