Unable to open Google Pay on my iPhone

If you are in the US, review this note from Google about discontinuing Google Pay.

In other regions, Google requires you have iOS 15 or later in order to use Google Pay. Are you using iOS 14?

Check for updates at Settings > General > Software Update.

Google Pay has nothing to do with Apple Pay.
