Charging doesn’t slow down past 80%

I decided to replace battery in my Xs at Apple authorised service provider about 2 months ago. What is bugging me is the fact that the charging process doesn’t slow down past 80% as it used to with the 1st original battery. Not to confuse with optimised charging which is enabled btw.

Why is it happening?

Optimized Battery Charging works best when the phone is connected to the power adapter at night and left connected all night......every night.

I recently had the battery replaced in an iPhone 11 here and it took about 2 weeks for Optimized Battery Charging to learn my routine.

I don't know why the process is not working correctly for you after 2 months, but I would try a a Forced Restart to see if that will help.

If still no help, put the iPhone in Diagnostic Mode to see if an issue might be identified that way.
