Apple Pencil 2 charging issues
Hello.
My Apple Pencil 2 has been showing charging issues all day: when I first connected it to my iPad Pro (11” 2020), the charge wouldn’t move from 0% and the charge thunderbolt sign kept flashing (it changed size, getting bigger then smaller in a loop); after I left the iPad in “stand-by” to go do other things, the charge had seemingly gone back to normal until it reached 90% then it stopped again and the thunderbolt sign started flashing again.
I tried rebooting the iPad, re-pairing the Pencil and even the hard reset procedures suggested in other threads, but none worked.
I got the Pencil 2 in late 2020 or early 2021 (don’t remember exactly), and last time I charged it was less than 2 months ago.
Is there another way to fixt this issue or do I need to buy another Pencil? In the second case — since I cannot afford the Pencil 2 — should I go with the Logitech Crayon USB-C or the Apple Pencil USB-C?
Thank you in advance.
